Today was a was a tough day followng Day 17s Junethon effort overload and my body was screaming for a break... I had to submit, a short 20 minute walk to stretch my legs and ensure some actvity was done.
This was truly all I could muster... that and an early night! HOpefully my aching muscles will reward me tomorrow!
Come on Liz, dig deep. Get some low intensity, easy stuff in over the next few days to recharge the flagging batteries.
